Artificial Insemination

My first little AI calf! I inseminated 16 heifers last June. Half registered angus bull Gar 100 X and half Deer Valley Patriot 3222. This is the first baby to drop out of Gar 100 X. I’m so excited. Inseminating heifers is a challenge but it worked! My hands are small 😜! She will live out her life here on the ranch making beautiful babies! Her mother is sired by Chief a our registered Brangus Bull and she will be bred to a Registered Angus Bull in about 18mths so her calves will be 75+% Angus and will make great cattle for beef!
